Do I have to start with both the meal and workout plan?
No, you don't have to start with both the meal and workout plan. You can start with either plan, or you can alternate between the two.
Do you offer modifications for exercises I may not be able to execute?
We do offer modifications for specific exercises that may not be able to be done. Please speak to one of our staff members for more information.
As a member/Transformelite, is it a must to take the before photos asked at the beginning of my plan?
No, it is not a must to take the before photos. However, they are a great way to document your progress. The images are only to be shared between you, the member, and the WYNOT Fitness Commander/Master Trainer.
